The ascension process involves energy shifts, initiations and activations on the transformational journey of self-mastery.

These initiations are like waves, activating our light body, as we integrate the higher density frequencies. This process of alchemical transformation can involve challenging emotional, mental and physical ascension symptoms, as well as expansive and powerful spiritual experiences, outlined in further detail below.

Energy shifts and cosmic events are occurring more and more frequently, calling upon Healers, Lightworkers, Starseeds…to heed a higher calling and soul purpose…to aid beings on Earth through the ascension process.  If you are reading this you came here on a mission you agreed to before coming to Earth in this lifetime, and your Soul is needed here, now on Earth. The cosmic consciousness is multidimensional. When we awaken and remember that we are Starseeds, Lightworkers, Warriors, healers, energy workers, we reconnect to our multidimensional selves and activate resonance with cosmic consciousness. Through the ascension process we activate our light body, our cosmic multidimensional self. If you are reading this you are here to help raise the vibration of consciousness here in 3D Earth space-time, assisting the Earth’s ascension.

Everything is synchronized in 4D and in higher dimensions, all dimensions exist and interact with each other, as each is required as a foundation to support the next higher density. The dimensions exist together as different levels of density, all connected, in the collective consciousness and morphogenic fields of resonance. Many of us have been experiencing synchronistic events or an increase in synchronicity as we go through the awakening process. As more people awaken to their mission on Earth, the collective experience more synchronicity, magic, miracles and alignment in everyday life. Synchronicity is experienced in 4th density consciousness. For example, seeing repeated number sequences or “Angel Numbers”, 11:11 and others, or repeated signs and symbols.

These patterns hold a vibration that contains information coded within. The subconscious is guiding you to look in a direction at a particular moment to see these patterns, in order to imprint in your sunconscious the information coded within. Higher dimensional codes of information are contained within the vibrational frequency of the number pattern or sequence and can catalyze initiations, activations, energy shifts and downloads.

Each number pattern contains a different coding of information. These codes are imprinted on one’s subconscious, creating activations within the etheric DNA. Thus integrating the physical body and astral body with this higher frequency vibrational information. These DNA activations accelerate further awakening in the individual’s 3D body consciousness, ascending with these integrations over time.

These number and symbol synchronicities are a paradigm of morphic resonance, a theory posed by Rupert Sheldrake. He states, “There is a memory in nature, the laws of nature are more like habits. Each species has a collective memory. This process of memory works from the past to the present on the basis of similarity, like attracts like, across space and time.” Our own memories are not stored inside our brains, but rather, we tune in to them, like a frequency channel on a radio. On an intuitive level, we regularly entrain and resonate with subtle energetic fields. Morphic resonant fields accumulate over time and influence future generations through resonance. Our consciousness is expanding over time, as above so below as within so without. Our individual ascension journey is a microcosm of the Earth’s consciousness ascending. There is no separation. When we resonate on higher levels we are tapping in to information and gaining knowledge by downloading it from the collective memory consciousness through morphic resonance. Through this resonance we receive initiations, energy shifts, upgrades and activations on our ascension journey. Our light body is activated, raising our vibrational frequency and together we are assisting in the ascension of a new earth consciousness.

These activations coincide with energetic frequency waves moving through the Earth’s crystalline grid and can activate groups of us at specific points in space/time, for example the Eclipses, Lion’s Gate or 11:11 portal.

The subconscious holds on to this information and it is integrated into one’s consciousness over time. You will likely not understand the full message immediately or all at once, but understanding will be subconsciously integrated into your physical, emotional, astral and etheric bodies throughout your journey.

These energy waves or shifts can appear and are experienced in a variety of ways. For example, some people have witnessed unusual pink to purple coloured haze in the air, even indoors. Ringing in the ears has also been reported by many, as well as the collective experiencing energy shifts at the same time. Experiencing missing time or time speeding up, portals, shifting timelines, astral travel, lucid dreaming are all symptoms of ascension and activating the multidimensional self.

Integrating new higher vibrational energies causes ascension symptoms in many of us as we are being activated to higher density. Lower vibrational thought patterns, habits and beliefs, including past trauma must be brought to the surface to be released and healed.  Integrating shadow aspects of self is a foundational part of the process and is usually the most difficult. This painful and challenging process must be overcome in order to raise our vibrational frequency.

When we are ascending and raising our vibration, activating spiritual gifts and connecting with multidimensional fields of higher consciousness we open ourselves to the spirit realm and supernatural activity. Our light attracts spirit beings and entities of all kinds. If you are reading this, you are likely a lightworker and warrior, and may be initiated through spiritual attack. Some of us face spiritual warfare in the astral realms while we are sleeping, some of us face the attacks in everyday life, some of us both. We may not be conscious of it, but either way, we need strong energetic boundaries. Protection and staying grounded is key.

Having a stable foundation and protective boundaries is important when working with spirits and the higher dimensional realms. LIGHT BODY ACTIVATIONS:

Adjusting to energy shifts and experiencing physical ascension symptoms.

I have detailed 11 types of activations, based on my experiences and information I have channeled. Though I have numbered and listed them as “levels”, they are not all experienced sequentially or hierarchically.  You do not have to pass one level before experiencing the next activation. Activations may overlap or happen in a different order. You may go through more than one level together at the same time. You may experience some but not others, and you may experience activations I have not mentioned. That said, I consider the first 3 levels a base foundation that support further activations and higher multidimensional initiations.

Light Body Activations can occur in flashes or can extend for months, years.

Energy / Light Body Activations are meant to trigger at specific times and are different for everyone. Experiences vary and are unique to each of us.

Fluctuation between energy shifts and activations commonly occurs. You may go back to a previous activation experience again at a later time.

Trust in the process, know that there is no final destination, we are always becoming, always expanding.

1. FEELING LIKE WANTING TO GO HOME

You feel different, out of place, like you don’t belong and you feel a sense of a higher purpose. Your interests shift to spirituality, energy. You find yourself drawn to new and different things, and adopt a more natural lifestyle.

You may feel somewhat disassociated from your body and surroundings, or you feel outside/beyond the physical limits of your body.

You may experience an increase in appetite, a ravenous appetite, or the opposite , little to no appetite- these are signs of not being grounded.

Other ascension symptoms that may occur while working through this activation involve an increase of water retention, swelling/edema, inflammation, bloating, intestinal gas, changes in bowel movements, sinus congestion - all indicating this initial activation has occurred, and it has brought up energies that need to be released, expelled.

2. CLEARING / PURGING / FLU-LIKE SYMPTOMS

This is when a lot of the uncomfortable physical ascension symptoms really start to manifest.

Detoxification / purging and releasing stagnant energies.

Cleansing and healing of past traumas (personal, intergenerational, ancestral).

Clearing, cleansing, purging detoxifying, expelling releasing, transmuting, discharging, though it is an uncomfortable process it has amazing benefits on the other side. You’ve cleared out negative energy and the stress and dis-ease you held on to from past traumas and disappointments.

Your magnetic attraction is enhanced, increasing your capacity to have and hold, this will also increase synchronicities, spiritual downloads and accelerate manifestation. Once you have gone through the stages of purging and purification you may feel like a new person, unrecognizable in certain ways. You may look and feel younger, more attractive. Other people are noticing you in a new way and treating you differently.

It is normal to experience mini-cycles recurring through this purging and purification stage, as you elevate your consciousness and integrate your spiritual gifts.

3. MENTAL IMBALANCES, REGRESSION , CONFUSION

Symptoms of fatigue and brain fog can occur during this activation. Eye twitches, abnormalities, tension, and headaches. Sore throat. Miscommunication or barriers to communication may arise at this time. Upheaval and major life transitions can also manifest at this level of ascension. You may experience a regression to old habits, negative thought patterns, and lack of motivation. Exhaustion and burnout can also occur.

Emotional triggers may arise out of nowhere.

Situations from your past that you thought you had forgiven and healed may be brought up again to be thoroughly released. Ensuring you can move and no longer have to repeat the pattern or lesson.

Repressed emotional trauma is brought up to be released, which can cause mental imbalance.

One may experience a “dark night of the soul”, a revelation, illuminating shadow aspects of oneself that need to be integrated, before one can move forward clear of negative emotional attachments.

It is important to reassess your protection, boundaries and deepen your grounding practices.

Balancing your energy, resting and going with the flow will help immensely during these times. If you feel a loss of confidence and courage, you may need to go back and remember what led you here, reclaim your power, your sovereignty, your gifts. Affirmations, listening to subliminals, and hypnosis can help during this time. Also, studying, researching and learning new things can help you through this activation. Signs that you are through this stage may be a change in appearance, feeling a new sense of power, developing a new skill or psychic gift, an increase in abundance and manifestation and mental clarity.

Levels 2 and 3 are where we heal our traumas. We all experience and hold on to trauma in our cells. Facing fears and releasing this trauma occurs before your light body is fully activated. And if you continue on the ascension path you will be forced to face your fears, limiting beliefs and the parts of yourself you deny because you do not like those parts of yourself. Integrating shadow aspects is an important part of foundational work on anyone’s spiritual journey.

The first 3 levels are base levels and once through them your light body is activated. You may have to cycle back through these if you fall off your path somehow, experience a traumatic event or if you have more shadow work or karma to work through.

 

4. HEIGHTENING OF SENSES

As one experiences the rise of energy from the lower Chakras being cleared, all of one’s senses are heightened and enhanced, including extra-sensory perception

Smell can be particularly heightened, and phantom smells that seem to come out of nowhere.

This is different for everyone so pay close attention to how you are receiving information through your senses and which of your senses are most dominant.

Development of extra-sensory perception is highly accessible at this stage, as one’s intuition is intensified and spiritual psychic gifts are activated.

Extra-sensory perception includes: Clairvoyance, Clairaudience, Clairsentience, Claircognizance, Clairalience, Clairgustance.

There is potential to experience some physical ascension symptoms still at this level, headaches and muffled hearing/ringing in the ears as well as eye and face twitching have been reported. As well as overstimulation. Grounding helps to discharge when we are overstimulated, anxious or stressed.

5. REMEMBERING | CONNECTING WITH YOUR GUIDES | LUCID DREAMING

This is a major transformative activation and it usually occurs over a period of time (6 months - 3 years).  Another level of soul healing, clearing and remembering. This can initiate another “Dark Night of The Soul”, or The Tower car din Tarot, signalling that  more shadow integration is required from you. It should be known that the Dark Night can last a lot longer than one night, it can last days, months even years. With your heightened senses and awareness, old layers buried deep can be dug up to be cleared. Child hood memories, Karma, intergenerational trauma and ancestral traumas you may or may not have known about that can surface at this time causing emotional and mental turmoil. During these transformations you may discover the need for greater boundaries with coworkers, friends, family. You may go through an isolation period and need to cut ties with some people.

A lot of your spiritual gifts are developing and new ones come online during this activation. You may feel  a strong calling to start sharing your spiritual gifts and shifting into more spiritual work. The Psychic Clair abilities are further developing along with your intuition and higher discernment and you are now living your life and make choices through this higher lens of perception.

An increase in Lucid dreams and vivid dreams

Experiencing a random knowing, an unconscious download of new information you were not aware of prior to going to sleep (can happen while awake as well)

Flashes of vision - flashes of bright lights

Picking up on messages from source - awareness of your purpose and mission

Communication with your guides increases and new guides are introduced

You begin making big changes in your life in order to align with the new energies coming in

6. THIRD EYE ACTIVATION / UNLOCKING HIDDEN KNOWLEDGE

Ascension symptoms when the Third Eye is activated an include pressure in eyebrows and headache in frontal lobe. Eye aches and strains. Disturbed sleep patterns and requiring more sleep.

Dream activations intensify and dream travel and dream interpretation abilities develop further in this level of activation.

You may see different coloured lights and mists when you close your eyes or soften your gaze. The ability to see/feel people’s energy and their Aura can be activated.

You begin to be guided by your higher self in all decisions and reactions throughout your day to day tasks and interactions.

This activation is expansive and you can experience a big boost in your confidence, intuition, psychic abilities and discernment. Your manifestation abilities are fast and powerful. Be careful with your words, they are like spells, you speak things into being.

Your day flows and everything feels like it is happening in divine order, situations work out in your favour and timing is all in alignment.  Life flows with ease.

People you are meant to connect with will contact you.

New people start to come in to your life that are more aligned on your soul path and resonate with your new higher vibration.

At this level you start experiencing different tones/harmonics/frequencies of light and sound.

You are embodying your highest self and your light body is activated.

Your old self may still get triggered sometimes but you now have the awareness to realize it in the moment, and make a choice, to surrender and come back in to alignment with highest self.

You have an inner knowing, strong sense of understanding of the energies coming in.

You are able to interpret and feel the desire to share this information with others.

You maintain a high vibrations while helping to raise the vibrational frequency of others.

You have the power to change the energy in a space, you have a cooling effect.

You walk, speak and act in your authentic truth and others see that in you and are drawn to you. You may find people, even strangers coming to you and sharing their struggles, opening up to you. You have a trusting, soothing presence.

8. FEELING IN THE MOMENT - NO TIME

There is a sense of time in suspension, an awareness of no time.

The time is now, and you are able to experience awareness of the present moment in 3d space/time while simultaneously be present in all moments of all time in connection with all energetic beings as light energy. Multidimensional awareness.

Physical changes within the body are common during this level, including fluctuation in weight as the physical body energy integrates with 5th density.

By the eighth level one has released addictions, negative belief and thought patterns that once represented resistance to ascension.

One is fully aware of no separation and releases attachments.

Other physical changes can occur, such as changes in hair and eye colour, shimmery hair and skin - this is the integration of the crystalline light body.

Light Body Activation Levels 9-11: 

Multidimensional activations - out of space/time. These activations are experienced outside of space time. You begin to be aware that you are controlling your physical body (your Avatar) from a higher place, higher density dimensional realm.

You are aware that your body is a vessel, a vessel for light energy.

Your light body crystal is starting to harmonize with your physical body, allowing you to travel through dimensions and timelines as a multi-dimensional being with multi-dimensional awareness and pure crystalline light connection to source and all that is.

These light body activations are states that can occur at any point on your journey and can last merely a spilt second to extended periods which would more likely occur as flashes throughout several hours up to a few days. The physical space time demands of our 3d reality will take us out of these states. We are not meant to be in our light body all of the time, the goal is to remain grounded and integrate the higher activations to fulfill our purpose for humanity and earth’s consciousness. this mission this purpose requires us to interact with the physical 3d realm. The ascension journey is not an escape from 3d reality, but an enhancement of our human experience.
