ASCENSION PROCESS AND ENERGY SHIFTS - LIGHT BODY ACTIVATIONS

 We are ascending through the 4D bridge to 5D consciousness, merging 3D with 4D and 5D frequencies, from which we descended from as Lightworkers and Starseeds.

The Ascension process involves energy shifts, waves and light body activations as we integrate the higher density frequencies. This process can cause challenging emotions and physical symptoms outlines in further detail below.

 Activations happen synchronistically, at specific times and are part of this divinely orchestrated process. Everything is synchronized in 5D and in higher dimensions, all dimensions exist and interact with each other, as each is required as a support for the next higher density. The dimensions exist together as different levels of density, all connected, nothing ever happens by chance. All is synchronized in the creation and reaction of light energy and vibration within the different levels of density.

This explains why many of us have been experiencing synchronistic events or an increase in synchronicity, (such as 11:11 and other number sequences) as we go through the awakening process and are being activated.

These activations coincide with energetic frequency waves moving through the Earth, location by location.

These energy waves or shifts can appear and are experienced in a variety of ways. For example, some people have witnessed unusual pink to purple coloured haze in the sky or even indoors. Ringing in the ears has also been reported by many, as well as the accompanying feeling or sense of knowing that a different energy is moving through. Many can experience intense physical ascension symptoms during these shifts, which are listed in detail below.

 As more people experience their awakening and become aware of their mission on Earth to assist in the ascension process from 3D through 4D to 5D, many begin to notice more and more synchronicity. Many see repeating number patterns. Synchronicity is experienced in 4th density consciousness. These number sequences hold a vibration that contains information. During the awakening process you begin to see the number patterns. The subconscious is guiding you to look in a direction at a particular moment to see the number sequence in order to imprint the information coded within the number in your subconscious. 4D and 5D codes of information are contained within the vibrational frequency of the number pattern or sequence.

 The subconscious holds on to this information and it is integrated into one’s consciousness over time. You will likely not understand the full message immediately or all at once, but understanding will be subconsciously integrated into your physical, emotional, astral and etheric bodies throughout the ascension process.

 Each number pattern contains a different coding of information. These codes are imprinted on one’s subconscious creating activations within the etheric DNA. Thus integrating the physical body and astral body with this higher frequency vibrational information. These DNA activations create further awakening in the individual’s 3D body consciousness, ascending with these integrations over time.

Energy shifts and cosmic multidimensional events are occurring more and more frequently, calling upon Healers, Lightworkers, Starseeds…to heed a higher calling and soul purpose…to aid beings on Earth through the ascension process.  If you are reading this you know you came here on a mission you agreed to before coming to 3D Earth in this lifetime.

4th density is like a bridge to 5th density, and the Earth is currently going through a time of ascension where we and all of Earth are in a process of suffusing with 4th density as we are ascending consciousness. Light workers, Starseeds, healers, we are all here to help raise the vibration of consciousness here in 3D Earth space-time, assisting the Earth’s ascension.

Integrating new energies in 4D causes ascension symptoms in many of us as we are being activated to higher density. Lower vibrational thought patterns, habits and beliefs, including past trauma must be brought to the surface to be released. This painful and challenging process must be overcome in order to raise our vibrational frequency and ascend through to 5D.

 The Ascension process, the activations, waves and energy shifts cause ascension symptoms that manifest as physical and emotional stress.

 

Ascension Symptoms Include :

Anxiety

Irritability

Stress and pressure, feeling like you are in a pressure cooker

Sense of not enough time - time is moving faster, speeding up

Sleeplessness, difficulty falling asleep

Fatigue, extreme exhaustion and lethargy during the day, some may feel reenergized at night

Depression

Sensitivity to sugar, alcohol, processed foods

Twitching particularly in eyes/face

Shaking leg(s)

Hot flashes

Cold and unable to warm up

Menstrual cycle changes, cycle shortening in length, or increasing in flow

Ringing in ears

Purging, detox

Gritty/itchy sore eyes adjusting to new vision, blurred vision

 

Ascension to Higher Density and Integrating The Light Body Requires:

* Releasing ego self

* Releasing separation from oneness

* Releasing attachment to physical 3D body

 

LIGHT BODY ACTIVATIONS:

Activations may overlap or happen in a different timeline, order or multiple may be encountered together at once….

Repressed emotional trauma is brought up to be released, which can cause mental imbalance

One may experience a “dark night of the soul”, a revelation, illuminating one’s true self before one can move forward clear of negative emotional attachments

LEVELS 2 AND 3 ARE WHERE TRAUMA IS HEALED. WE ALL EXPERIENCE AND HOLD ON TO TRAUMA WITHIN OUR CELLS. THIS TRAUMA MUST BE RELEASED IN ORDER TO ACTIVATE YOUR LIGHT BODY.

OVERCOMING LEVEL 3 BY RELEASING ALL TRAUMAS FROM YOUR CELLS RESULTS IN A KUNDALINI RISING AND A POWERFUL AWAKENING OF THE FIRST AND SECOND CHAKRAS.

 

4. HEIGHTENING OF SENSES

 As one experiences a Kundalini rising of energy from the lower Chakras being cleared, all of one’s senses are heightened and enhanced, including extra-sensory perception

Smell can be particularly heightened, and phantom smells that seem to come out of nowhere occur

Can be different for everyone so pay close attention to information you are receiving through your senses and which of your senses are most dominant

Development of extra-sensory perception is highly accessible at this stage, as one’s intuition is intensified

Extra-sensory perception includes: Clairvoyance, Clairaudience, Clalirsentience, Claircognizance, Clairalience, Clairgustance

You will notice an increase in synchronicity and number sequences, take note as these are important messages for you on your ascension journey

There is potential to experience some physical ascension symptoms still at this level, headaches and muffled hearing/ringing in the ears as well as eye and face twitching have been reported

 An increase in Lucid dreams and vivid dreams

Picking up on messages from source - awareness of your purpose and mission

Communication with your guides

Increase in synchronicity, number sequences and coded messages

People you are meant to connect with will contact you

You begin making big changes in your life in order to align with the new energies coming in

Start to cut out lower vibrational people and habits from your life

May experience pressure in eyebrows and subtle headache in frontal lobe

 There is a sense of time in suspension, an awareness of no time

the present is now, and you are able to experience awareness of the present moment in 3d space/time while simultaneously be present in all moments of all time in connection with all energetic beings as light energy

Physical changes within the body are common during this level, including fluctuation in weight as the physical body energy integrates with 5th density

By the eighth level one has fully released addictions, negative belief and thought patterns presenting resistance to ascension

One is fully aware of no separation and has released all attachments

Other physical changes can occur, such as changes in hair and eye colour, shimmery hair and skin - this is the integration of the crystalline light body
