Activating The Higher Heart Chakra

  

The Higher Heart Chakra is located at the Thymus. The Thymus gland sits between the heart and the sternum, and supports an immune response, producing T-cells that distinguish pathogens and fend them off. The Thymus is energetically represented by the Higher Heart Chakra, also known as the Etheric Chakra, and the Seat of The Soul. It is a filter of unconditional love and acts for the highest good of all, enabling connection with the Divine and Divine Soul Union.

The Higher Heart Chakra energetically connects with higher consciousness and communicates that information to the Heart Chakra through the Thymus.

 

Energy shifts are taking place as we ascend from 3D to 5D via the 4D bridge. These energy shifts activate the Higher Heart, enabling soul communication by opening the channels of telepathy with spirit guides, and beings in the Astral realms.

CRYSTAL AND HIGHER HEART ACTIVATIONS

There is a long lost of mineral allies for the heart and higher heart chakras. I am choosing to focus on Kunzite, Pink Tourmaline, Rubellite and Emerald, as they were the crystals I was drawn to during a recent Higher Heart Activation I experienced May 2019.

 

KUNZITE

Kunzite and the parasympathetic nervous system, supports the higher heart chakras with cleansing positive energy and vibrating at a higher frequency open the higher heart to receiving divine love and guidance.

  

When the parasympathetic nervous system is activated, it produces a calm and relaxed feeling in the mind and body.

 

Kunzite’s Lithium content elicits an energetic state of euphoric bliss, tranquility, relaxation and release of fear. This state of euphoria allows one to act with an open heart, activating Higher Heart Chakra and Divine connection and awareness of spiritual oneness.

Kunzite balances the entire cardiovascular system on the physical and cellular level, creating the ideal energetic state for heart opening and activations.

PINK AND RUBELLITE TOURMALINE

The Pericardium surrounds the heart, providing protection, regulation, and purification. It is essential to protect the heart, activations can open the heart chakra to attacks and attachments from negative entities. 

During extreme emotional stress, anxiety, heartbreak and grief you can often feel the Pericardium constricting.

Pink Tourmaline and Rubellite (Red) Tourmaline protect the Heart Chakra by strengthening the Pericardium. Helping to balance and regulate what is allowed to penetrate one’s Heart Chakra energetically, and what energies to protect and repel. Pink Tourmaline promote the emotional strength required to release trauma, programs and beliefs that are not to your highest benefit. These crystals provide support and guide the heart through releasing trauma.

 

Ways to Use Pink Tourmaline / Rubellite Tourmaline

- Wear continuously as jewelry, preferably with direct contact with your skin

- Hold in hand, place on body

- Carry with out in a pouch or safe spot (in your bra is also a great option)

 

EMERALD

Emerald promotes cellular healing and regeneration of the most potent mineral healers.

The vibrational frequency of Emerald helps to organize and structurize/restructurize energetic pathways in one’s system.

 

Ways to Use Emeralds:

- Emerald wear continuously as jewelry, preferably with direct contact with your skin

- Place a natural Emerald in your water for a period of 24 hours or longer, and then consume throughout the day

- Place natural Emerald crystal in water, soak for a period of 24 hours or longer and use as a wash/rinse for skin or external wounds and burns

HEART ACTIVATION RITUAL:

 

CREATE A CRYSTAL HEALING GRID

Gather some of the crystals in the list above and lay them in a geometric grid formation. Imagine the crystals forming an energetic vortex of pink light that is flowing into your Higher Heart Chakra and then surrounding your entire Aura with pink light.

There is no wrong way to create a crystal grid, so go with your intuition and enjoy the creative process. I find the act of creating the grid, gathering the crystals, laying them out, that process in itself is very healing for me, and gets me into an open conscious state where I receive more information from the crystal grid, and crystal guides.

I usually start with a crystal in the centre and lay stones out around the centre starting with the four directions and then in between and so on.

OPENING THE HEART

Sit with your grid surrounded and imagine the the pink light is surrounding you. Calm and slow your breathing and tune into your heart. Imagine the centre of your chest opening and being filled with pink light, overflowing with pink light. You are glowing and radiating love through this pink light energy. This pink light energy is unconditional love.  Aim to achieve a euphoric, blissful state, free of fears, worries, anxiety. Once this state is reached you will experience an activation.
