Grounding Crystals & Stones

Grounding, also known as Earthing, is a way to reconnect you to the Earth, recalibrating your energy to connect with the energy of the Earth and its electrical field. Grounding and Earthing helps you to discharge built-up energy, negativity, release toxins and balance and centre oneself.
Grounding techniques are coping strategies to help bring you back into the present moment, back into your body and cope with distress from your emotional state or any situation. Grounding can help with confusion, irritation, overwhelm, anxiety, ptsd & trauma triggers, dissociation, feeling “spaced out” or scattered, lack of clarity and focus.
Grounding ⇨ Gratitude ⇨ Manifestation
Grounding brings you into the present moment, calming the nervous system. Allowing for the state of Gratitude. Gratitude for this moment. Gratitude for relief. For Breath. For life.
Being in a state of gratitude allows you to be open to receiving from the Universe and is a powerful state for manifesting.
✧ Washing your hands
✧ Take a walk (in a forest or by water if possible)
✧ Bare feet on the earth
✧ Touching, hugging, sitting/leaning against a tree
✧ Holding grounding crystals in each hand
✧ Sitting with a grounding stone at Root Chakra and meditating/breathe work
✧ Placing grounding crystals and stones in a grid / layout
✧ Counting to 100
✧ Name 5 things you can see, 4 things you can hear, 3 things you can smell, 2 things you can taste and 1 thing you can touch
✧ Take a hot or cool shower
✧ Breathing exercises
* These are just some of my go-to techniques that have helped me. This is not an exhaustive list, there are many other techniques. Through trial and error you can find what works best for you in different situations.
